What delivery options do I have?
Since electric vehicles are oversized parts, our mode of transportation is unified by sea.
Standard delivery:

For orders, shipping costs for standard delivery vary by location. The discount takes effect automatically at checkout.

Us: We ship to all 50 US states (plus Washington DC). Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
How do I track my order?
Our delivery time starts from the moment the order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your item will be processed and sent within a business day. Please note: this may take longer during promotional periods.
Once your order is packed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Note that it may take a few days to get tracking information.
You can also track your orders in your account.
Taxes and duties
Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and itemized on the checkout page. Make sure you select your location to see the correct local market prices, delivery times and shipping costs.
Option 1: Commodity price includes tax
We ship to all locations on a DDP (Duty paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
Option 2: Item price does not include taxes
We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices shown do not include all taxes and duties.
Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location to which you are shipping. After you place your order, we will send you an email asking you to accept these terms. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs office.
