Return & Exchanges

Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product (e.g. 14 days). The refund will be made in the same way you previously paid.

Please note: Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sales and promotional items are excluded and continue to be subject to our regular return/exchange policy.

Cancel

We accept cancellation of orders prior to processing. If you cancel your order before then, you will receive a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Return/swap condition

All items must be returned in their original condition, not worn, washed or altered, and all labels must be retained.

All items must be returned with the original box.

All items must be returned packaged.

The return/exchange must use the same service as the original delivery.

We can only accept returns/exchanges in the country where the order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US

Custom items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free (import and shipping costs will be at your own expense).

For hygiene reasons, underwear, certain jewelry, cosmetics and skin care products cannot be returned. Swimsuit briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary strip is in good condition.

Of course, any defective item can be returned.

If the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in its original condition, we reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange.

We will notify you if we recommend refusing your refund/exchange; You may choose to have the product returned to you at your own expense.

 

How do I return an item or an entire order?

Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service team to begin the return process and provide the following information:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photos of the faulty product

Step 2: Put the receipt back in its original packaging with the item.

 

Step 3: Fill out all three proforma invoice forms. Pack all copies into a clear envelope and tape it to the packaging, but do not close it. These documents are required by customs, so please be sure to fill out all 3.

 

Step 4: Give the package to the Courier, the Courier checks the returned goods, please safely close the package.

In the event of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges will not be refunded. (store) in case of return.

 

Once your package arrives at us, please allow (e.g. 7-14 business days) (depending on peak times) to process your return. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you at your own cost.
